Cardiologist said to be worried if you have a low heart rate AND feel dizzy or light-headed often. He did check my thyroid though (normal), so he said that he is fine with my heart rate (it was 43 bpm at his office) especially since I am use to a lot of cardio in my workouts. He continued by saying that your heart gets "in-shape" faster than you may think.
I still think a low heart rate can play a role in "burning" fat throughout the day though. I can't lose a pound, and I'm glad to be in a healthy bmi, but I still want to see improvement SOMEWHERE. Maybe the only loss can be seen in my heart beats for now. *LOL* 3484 days ago
