    My dear I just saw your post in the FLFL TEAM OAGE..
    Well at first it takes time to see results.. and remember your metabolism is changing slowly... Make sure you use a food scale, measuring cups and spoons to serve YOUR portions.. and go for the lower number.. ( 3oz of chicken instead of 4oz)
    I am a living proof that the program works.. Stay focus... and when you are done with the 21mm even if the scale doesn't move much or the measurements are not insane.. I hope you took your before picture because when you take YOUR after you will see the Huge difference... STAY STONG..AND IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT ME...

    Hi, thank you for getting back to me so quickly. I think I will eventually buy the Hip Hop Abs set. I tried doing the Jillian Michael 30 Shred and it did not go good for me. I have a torn ligament in my left knee and the workout actually reinjured it. So I have hardly been able to walk since Tuesday. But once I get better, I think I will stick to strength training and walking. And since its getting cold, I'm going to invest in a treadmill. But once I lose some weight I will try to add in workout dvds again. Keep me posted on how the program is working out for you. Thanks again!

    Hi I read your blog post and moticed that you have the Hip Hop Abs. I was just watching an infomercial about that yesterday. Just curious if you feel the burn and if you think it is worth the purchase? Also, did you order it, or can I get one from a store? Please let me know, it looked like alot of fun.
