I recently ran out of excuses to get my weight and fitness back to where they were before grad school. I was actually fit back then, I swear! My goal is to look like Ben Cohen when I'm done. I can do it! Since my personality is already 100% perfect, I don't need to work on that. ;)

Seriously, I just got back on SparkPeople recently and will be working on improving my fitness and dropping the extra weight. I'll be plugging away at this for quite some time, so hopefully I can find some support here to get me through to the goal achievement phase. Best wishes, everyone, on achieving your goals!

Fitness Minutes: 300

My Goals:
Drop the extra weight, increase fitness, get out more, take evening classes in interesting stuff like yoga, martial arts, etc, (after I'm fit enough to get to that point!)

My Program:
Currently, I'm using for my meals. The cost is not trivial, but it really works. I have lost about 30 lbs. in the 2 months I've been using it.

I also had a trainer, but (sadly) left him behind when we moved. I kept the workout program, though; now, to actually DO the workouts consistently...

Personal Information:
Thirty-something research scientist (yes, it's dull), living and working in the Philadelphia, PA 'burbs. My partner and I have been together 15 years as of this summer, and we have one kid, one cat, and one car. I have 3 much- younger siblings all of whom live in the South where I was also born and grew up (USA). For those who care about such things, I'm a Sagittarius.

Other Information:
I'll post a pic soon, but I just don't have many since my modeling agency kept them all :( LOL
