I would like to lose 10 pounds every 6 months until I am 60 years old and keep it off. I am now 55 years old. I have arthritis and I do not like to exercise, it is my least favorite thing to do lately. It used to be that I exercised; walking, ridin my bike and swimming, dancing, aerobics about 2-3 hours daily until about 3 years ago when my aches and pains took over. I am ready to start walking and swimming again/ swimming once I lose 40 pounds and when it gets to be warm outside.
