This time I will do it!
Ok I'm going to give this another try! With two kids and a full-time job I have really struggled with tracking and exercising consitantly. With renewed motivation and more self sufficant kids I'm going to try and do something for me this year and finally get to the weight I should be.
My children are my main motivators for living a healthy lifestyle. I want to have energy to run and play with them. I also feel it is important to set a healthy example for them. I also want to enjoy ...

My children are my main motivators for living a healthy lifestyle. I want to have energy to run and play with them. I also feel it is important to set a healthy example for them. I also want to enjoy getting dressed and shopping for clothes again. But right now my mine goal is to be healthy, fit and strong...and down 20lbs..

My Program:
Re-establish good habits I have lost in the hustle bustle of motherhood. Will track food everyday. Will complete p90x and p90x3. Will also attend gym orientation on January 27 and establish a gym workout schedule at that time
Personal Information:
I'm from NY, went to school in PA and now live with my husband or 4 years in sunny fla with our lovely dughter Erin. We plan to try for another this year. We loved the RED Sox and have really grown to enjoy Panthers hockey this year.
Other Information:
I love to scrapbook, read and spend time outdoors. I have less time since she had turned one and am still working full-time. Am thankful for the great friends I have made and the wonderful support I have recieved through sparkpeople.

Isn't that the truth! Are you doing the Classic one or the lean one? I just started week #4 so recovery week. Did some really tough ones! Did you do the original P90X too then?
