Introduction Text One of the biggest misconceptions in life is that motivation will simply fall into your lap and everything will be great! C'mon - surely you know this is not what actually happens in the real world. Success is all about action! I am determined to take action now! So as spring arrives and the world around us blooms and comes alive once again, I will change to. I am going to learn to love me - and I am going to keep working on a healthier lifestyle one season at a time. I am going to do this!!!

I have been following the SparkPeople Plan since Mid-August 2010. Had great success until I tried going it alone. Now I am back, on track and expecting great success!!

Diet, exercise and a very positive attitude. Eating around 1,200 calories daily, drinking the water. Making SparkFriends! Loving life!!

My best friend is my husband. We have 5 grown children and 14 grandchildren who we are very proud of. I want to get fit so I can grow old enjoying my family.

My husband and I love to travel. I love to read, take long walks, and enjoy my grandchildren.
