Let see….. My names Misty, I'm 31 and I am a mother to 4 young children and I am a devoted wife to a wonderful husband.
About 7 years ago I was 325lbs and within 2 years I lost over 175lbs. I did good keeping the weight off for a few years then I slowly started to gain weight back. Then last year I broke my foot, after my foot healed I tore a ligament in my knee. So needless to say I gained quite a bit of weight (over 70lbs). Then last year I broke my foot, after my foot healed I tore a ligament in my knee. So needless to say I gained quite a bit of weight (over 70lbs). Now I am very sad to say that I weigh over 200lb and wear a whopping size 18.... I am obese yet again and it scares me. I have children to take care of.
I have been obese most of my life. I can remember the first time a doctor had put me on a diet at the age of 7 and I have been on more diets then I can count though out my life. I have been very fortunate that my children are at healthy weights and I would like to teach them the healthy way to live so that they can stay that way and never have to deal with obesity in their own lives.

My Program:
I track my calories and eat around 1100-1200 cal a day, and i go to the gym 6 days a week for about 2-3hrs
