Introduction Text Whirlwind breakup and journey to a different county in the same state. Took a break from SP and weight loss for a while. Back after fracturing a hip and being in rehab. Forced to go slower for a while. Miss my Hogwarts and Harry Potter friends. That's what happens when you take a break from everything for a while though, you lose touch with everyone.

Rehabilitate and learn to walk with a cane. Use resistance to shape muscles. Eat clean.

I joined an app which shall remain nameless here and am going to start with a daily 14:10 fast when I get home. I wanted to dip my toes in with the 5:2 weekly fast but it doesn't have an option for that.

Recently worked retail and was enjoying adopting a healthy lifestyle. Still a little bummed about not being able to do my cardio exercises and things. Found Coach Nicole's chair exercises from way back when and will start using those.
