Wow! Checked out your stats... so incredible.... I have just broken through a month-long plateau and I just checked, it's 18.5 lbs. in 13 weeks/... I think my body was just planting a firm strong hold in the 190's before it would let go of any more.
I live in Canada so I don';t know the brand you suggested in your comments on my blog. I'm going to town today, I will look. I like the idea of reduced sodium. I had no idea till dh had to watch his salt, that I was taking in so much every day... even found out an egg has sodium.... no salt added but it's got its own,... it';s everywhere... thanks for your comments and keep up your good work too. 3958 days ago

I think that chair Zumba will be an active part of regular Zumba but here is what I am doing while my knee rests. It's been pretty achy since Jan 16th when I overdid it at a master class.
I use youtube and type inZumba. I follow along while sitting in a hard chair and do the upper body and wiggle my hips and occassionally my feet. It feels pretty good!! Try it out and let me know what you think. Chair Zumba is definitely better than no Zumba!! 4001 days ago
