    Hey there doing good i was off track the week of my period but im back. Worked out 55 min last night and about 15 min today on break at work. Willl work out tonight too

    Better soon. And when you can get back into the swing of things, do so. Just watch you calorie intake. And if you can afford to drop 100-200 calories..do so. That could keep you on track sorta...I think­čś×

    Oh wow! I didn't have painful cramps before. But within the last few months. I've been in alot of pain before and during. I use heating pads to help soothe the pain. And rubbing alcohol. But seems as if yours are a nightmare. Hopefully you'll get
