I'm ready to lose!
15 pounds by August 14, 2017 which will put me under 200lbs.
I am not going to list any other goal at this time.
Setting small goals and challenging yourself to do more everyday, will help you reach your weight loss goals!

Goal # 1 = Lose 15 pounds by August 14, 2017
Goal # 2 = Be 20 pounds lighter by Labor Day
Goal # 3 = Lose 30 pounds by December 31, 2017
My Program:
1.Just Move
2. 50 Push-ups, Sit-ups, and Jumping Jacks (at least 3 times a week)
3. Make sure to have at least 30-45 minutes of cardio 5 times a week.
