my personal journey
A stay at home mom of 3 active boys, and I want to make sure that I am here for them for a very long time to come :)
I am thrilled with the changes I have been making in my home, my boys and myself!
I so happy to announce that I have reached my first small goal of 10lbs 02/15/12!

My Goals:
Over all my goal is to get healthier and thinner by losing 1-2lbs a wk.
1st goal is to be under 200 lbs by spring time :)
2nd goal is to be 175 by the end of summer
and my final weight of 135 by New years eve :)
My Program:
Make better eating choices and track all my food and fitness here on Spark people :)
I have an amazing group of ladies that are all on the same journey I am , I talk to them every day and I don't think I could be on this journey with out them !! xoxo
I have begun jillian michaels 30 day shread level one and try to do it at least 2-3 times a week
I am committed to walk to one playgroup every Wend. which I found a walking buddy and I am hoping to bump that up to 3 times a week once the weather gets nicer
And when all else fails I have 3 very busy boys that keep me going and my eldest is acting as my trainer so when I don't do something he gets me up dancing on the wii or doing something :P
Personal Information:
Ontario, Canada where the winters are long, damp and cold, the summrs are hot and humid, spring brings beautiful blooms and fall is full of amazing colors
