Finding my new balance
My name is Stephanie.
I found out about this website through a member who stopped by my workplace today. I work as a front desk receptionist at a hotel, and she was here to kayak. She told me her story, and told me about this site and I found it really inspiring.
The odd part is that for the past couple of days I've been becoming more active, I quit smoking, and am trying a overall healthier lifestyle. I think it's a bit more then coincidence that I met her today.

My Goals:
I would like to lead a healthier lifestyle. I'd like to lose weight and be able to try all the activities that I feel my weight is holding me back from.
My Program:
So far, I have quit smoking (I was at a pack and a half a day) and started taking walks with my dogs. I have been walking a 1/2 mile every other day. I will begin walking 1/2 mile everyday, and adding some yoga into my daily routine as soon as the end of this week.
