It is time for a healthier me
I am eating healthier, exercising and just plain feel better!
I had lost over 50 pounds since I joining Spark. But it has slowly been creeping back on.
2017 is the year I recommit to myself.
Trying to follow a combo WFPB/Vegan WOE
I consider this a journey of mindfulness for all around health: mental & physical.

- Trying to follow a combo WFPB/Vegan WOE
- Cardio at least 30 min a day
- ST 3X at least 15 min
- Using Spark nutrition tracker and staying within calorie range
- Drink at least 8 glasses water a day
- Cardio 5x a week
- Eating at least 5 servings of fruit and vegetables
- Not snacking at night before bed
