    OK, I just saw your question on my page. First, you have to realize that the info on saturated fat that the government put out is wrong. It's the seed oil (vegetable) that is toxic and super toxic when heated up. High temperature cooking creates HCA, Advanced Glycation End Products and Acrylamide
