Hey there and welcome aboard!

My name is Mila and I just moved in to the US from Japan. I never drove a car before the August '10! Since then I gained 40lbs, which would be about 18 kgs.. And I am telling you - OMG!!! It's haaard!!!!

Well, my goal is not only to take off those kgs and fit into my old clothes, but also to stay fit. I always liked working out, but somehow my two sons would keep me so busy and exhausted, there was simply no room in my daily routine for ...

My Program:
 Mon through Thu: Bootcamp (1hr)
Fri: Dance class (1hr15m)
Sat-Sun: Occasionally, pool or dance classes (2hrs)

    Thank you for spending the time to read my blog - I think having just put that blog together - the first time I have actually put the developing story together like that and now the penny has dropped - and I am beginning to realise what I have done!! So - I'm just a bit slow in the uptake!! LOL!!
    However it has proved one thing to me – that if I can do it anyone can do it and you will find that the results are way beyond your wildest dreams!!
