Introduction Text I'm back... no lengthy explaining or making excuses... as most of you certainly know what I would have to say anyway since you have been there too. Going to try to keep my food diary which seems to always help. Currently doing the Ideal Protein plan (mainly because I am impatient to lose weight), but have read "Eat to Live" and that is my long term plan. May God be with me and bless me on my journey.

My husband and I are feeling the call of missions work. So, I need to lose weight so I can ditch my cPAP machine and my blood pressure meds! Plus I want to be around to enjoy my grandkids as they grow. I don't have a set goal weight. I am going to let my body decide that for me as I follow Dr. Fuhman's Eat to Live plan.

Heaviest ever: 357 lbs Dec 03, 2011: 307.0 lbs Aug 10, 2012: 217.2 lbs STUFF HAPPENED - :( Moving FORWARD... Oct. 26, 2015: 244.8 lbs

We currently live in Kankakee, Illinois. We've been married for 33 years. We have 3 kids... 2 out of the house and the last one looking for work... and 3 grandkids with a 4th on the way. I have some awesome friends from church and from work. I love each one of them and they each hold a special place in my heart!! Without my husband, my friends and my God I would be lost!

Love just about any kind of music with the exception of gansta rap. Enjoy reading a good book - when I can find the quiet time. Work at H&R Block and love it! So blessed to find a great church and have a wonderful church family!
