    Thank you for helping to clarify the sugar question I posted. There was a lot of good information people wrote. I just became concerned when I read that Spark article saying for women 29 g of sugar total daily. I didn't think God's sugar (fruits, etc) mattered that much unless like one of the comments mentioned, I was diabetic, which I am not. But lately I've been trying to get my required fiber in without stuff like Metamucil and have been using a lot of fruit. When I read that article it just alarmed me a bit and wanted to bounce it off the board to see what the general consensus was. I added you as a friend. Hope that's alright. Thank you.
