Hello! My name is Halee. I've been obese since childhood. I've tried to lose weight many times, but I gave up each time. After a health scare in June 2019, I'm finally ready to make a change. I bounced around a couple of weight loss websites before finally settling on MyFitnessPal. Thankfully I have the support of my mother and sister, Bttrfly64 & Redheadfitspo, on this journey.

-Lose 200+ lbs
-Get healthy enough to raise children in the future
-Get off of my medications
My Program:
I'm staying within my calorie goals, hitting my water goal, and trying to make healthier choices. For exercise, I'm doing low impact activities like walking, yoga, and light strength training. After I build up my strength/stamina and lose weight I'll move onto more strenuous exercise.
