    Welcome to Spark!!! It's a wonderful place filled with lots of like minded people supporting each other :-) I've been on here since 2007, just watching for a good yr or 2. I really got serious about my health and weight around 2011, lost 60lbs, and have kept it off for over a yr. It's all about finding what works for YOU. Everyone is different and what works for someone else may not work for you. The good thing about Spark is that it gives you LOTS of ideas and a wonderful support system :-) Congrats on your weight loss and keep on keepin on!!!
