    Not able to help with the juice cleanse. I have never tried that.

    I've never done a juice cleanse and probably won't. All I know about them from friends is that you'll lose weight quickly, but it's really just water weight and as soon as you start to eat, the weight comes back.

    It is hard to change your eating habits, but easier to do if you make small changes. Think of one thing you can do each week that will be healthier, or stop doing one thing; e.g., reducing sugar in your diet. Think about starting to move more and commit to a 10 min walk each day. All these small changes add up. There is a great challenge here (go to Challenge Central in the Community tab) about making small changes.

    As you incorporate these small changes you'll see changes in yourself and that will help keep you motivated.
