Introduction Text I lost 85 lbs a couple of years ago, and the a lot of the weight has come back, even though I learned how to eat healthy. I want to get back to that lifestyle, and that weight

My goal is to eat breakfast at least 3 times per week

I will always have fruit available for breakfast. I will try to eat protein every morning to keep me full until lunch. I will still have my coffee in the morning, but I will NOT count that as breakfast!
