Fitness Minutes:

My Goals:
-Maintain my weight around 105-110 lbs.
-Build more upper body muscle and become stronger.
-Increase my mileage on a given run from 3 to 5 miles.
-Realize that I can have everything in moderation and that portion control is key!
My Program:
-Eating 1,200-1,400 calories a day
-Exercising 3 or 4 times a week (alternating elliptical and running).
-Ab & weight training 1-2 times a week.
-Trying to limit mindless night time snacking ;)
