I'm B A C K........


I'm growing older pretty gracefully...have quit smoking and drinking......now need to quit eating everything that is not moving.

I know this works because its worked for me before. I am really lacking in motivation, however.

Declutter my house, my life and my body.

My Program:
 I am sober ODAAT and have approached my weight loss that way. I can do anything for just one day - including eat healthy!!


Personal Information:
I live in central Florida and commute to the Keys once a month for a weeks worth of work.

Other Information:
 Life is good.
