    Just saying hello... You posted something on the community feed (I have to go back and look, now - I've been on your page for a while & forgot!) so I came to your page. So much enjoyed your photos, comments, etc. You're a writer, for sure! Your comments & images made me laugh, several times. And sorrow in sympathy for your feline friend, when you had to lose him. And admire your perseverance and upbeat attitude. Thanks for sharing, and I hope all good things for you!

    Thought it would be better to put here than the community feed...
    From your pic, you seem a different "body" type than I, and I was told by an M.D. that 150 was what I should be?! (I was 115 or so dripping wet when I graduated H.S.) So for me that target # makes sense.
    Do you have pics or a time when you were a certain weight and felt great?
