    Hi! Thank you for visiting my blog and for your helpful comments. I am also a water hater, but I find using a Brita filter system makes it more tolerable. I'm amazed at how much water I'm consuming since I stopped drinking soda, but I think I might be starting to enjoy it more. I'm really glad to be off the soda. It's something I've been wanting to do for ages.

    If you are interested in thyroid information, read the SP article entitled "Eating with Hypothyroidism." What an eye-opener!

    Cheers emoticon ! I have to infuse my water these days. my fave is cucumber and mint. i'll often put slices of citrus in my water. I used to love it plain but for some reason it tastes funny - and I have a cooler that holds those 5 gallon bottles. it's purified in many dif ways. not understanding this.

    Another thing I love is carbonated water. I can drink 2 liters of that a day! have you tried it? it comes flavored and plain.
