    I want to send a sincere thank you for your comment on my recent "Untitled Blog". Your comment really touched me. It is EXACTLY the crepe-paper skin on my inner thighs (and the excess skin that hangs under my arms, strategically hidden in that photo) that bothered me so much. I've only recently (I just finished a 30-Day yoga challenge that was my first real dip into yoga) started yoga myself, and I've really found it to be a confidence booster. It's amazing what the human body can do.

    So thank you. Seriously. emoticon

    Thanks for the blog comment. I usually get around 12-15 grams of fiber per day but I know that I need to double that amount (at least). As for water, I drink 12-15 glasses per day. It seems that sometimes my body just doesn't want to "move", had that problem ever since I was a kid.

    Thank you for your encouragement. Congratulations on meeting your weight loss goal. I don't eat much meat and I'm not used to eating this much protein, so I'm turning to legumes and eggs frequently, but they're both great at satisfying hunger for a long time so it works. I'm also learning that I don't need a walloping portion of protein at every meal, that just a few nuts and a little fruit turns my oatmeal into a perfect but very easy and inexpensive meal.
