On the Road


I'm married to my bestest friend who is an over the road owner/operator truck driver and have been on the road with him for most of the last six years. Exercise and healthy food options are challenging plus I have had some physical issues with my knees and back and have gained 20 pounds. I have not been on Sparkpeople since 2015.

My Goals:
My main goal is to learn how to live more healthfully despite a chaotic lifestyle. As my DH often says, "The only sure thing about trucking is that there's nothing sure about trucking!"

My Program:
 I have started the New YOU Bootcamp. 2/21/19. This is fine when I am home but a ride along with my trucker hubby quite often and that gets to be a real problem. We are going to Texas next week so that is my first big challenge.
