Introduction Text I am a month shy of my 37 birthday and back on the healthy track. It's amazing how much better I feel these days. It took what seemed like a long year or two to diagnose asthma. I spent months coughing getting chest infections and given the odd shot when I became almost immobile. Our recent trip to the UK (picture left) I spent the entire trip coughing and hacking trying to convince myself it was allergies. I now know what to look for and have become much more proactive about my healthcare. Second thing is my husband and I did an "evaluation" over our wine consumption. It seemed the worse I felt the more we drank which inevitably we were gaining weight at lightening speed. Last year I was 2 lbs from goal. When I went to the doctors a few weeks back I had gained 20! yes 20 lbs! That was enough for me to make some serious changes in my diet and lifestyle. I am sleeping and breathing so much better these days with a bonus of being 5lbs lighter. :)

Show my kids how to make right choices. Live a healthy active lifestyle. Get my weight back to 108-112 range.
