Thank you for the resistance bands Spark Goodie!!! I actually use resistance bands! My favorite are the 10 inch bands, just above my knees, in a squat, walking side to side--usually about 10 steps left & then back---until my glutes are on fire & I can't stand up straight! :)

thank you for your response on my blog. I wish I could just eat one or two squares of chocolate. I have found that cheap chocolate really ends up making me anxious and I too have more of a trend toward expensive darker chocolate. But find I feel best when I stay away from sugar. Which is so perplexing why I eat it at all 1414 days ago
