    Comments on your meal plan so far:

    Try adding more protein and see how you feel. I think the carbs are holding you back a little.

    If you follow a 1450 calorie per day meal plan, like we talked about, try balancing your meal at 40/30/30 (carbs/protein/fat). Here is the breakdown in grams per day and grams per meal. This might help you with your food choices.

    GRAMS PER DAY:
    CARBOHYDRATE -- 145g
    PROTEIN -- 108g
    FAT-- 48g

    GRAMS PER MEAL:
    CARBOHYDRATE --29g
    PROTEIN -- 22g
    FAT-- 10g

    Are there personal trainers at your gym that you can consult with? In regards to your cardio questions.

    What are your fitness goals? Setting goals and writing them down or saying them out loud to someone will help you stick to them.

    And by the way...working out isn't always fun. Just necessary if you want to be fit. We all struggle at times. :) The key is to find something you like and will stick with.
