Introduction Text Clean slate. Erasing my former comments, except to say this: Started on Sparks back in January 2009. I gave up and did not give this site a chance that year. I tried again January 2010- this time, I gave it a chance and made myself a priority. I enlisted the help of a personal trainer, I used sparks and all its tools and people to get me from 172lbs which I weighed in late 2009, to as low as 151 in November 2010. I pretty much maintained for 2011- but slowly weight started to creep back on as I challenged myself to run two marathons. I ran the Boston Marathon in April 2011- 4:03:42- after not running a marathon in 13 yrs. The only reason I came back to attempt this? Wanted to break four hours. So I set the bar again for myself and ran a second marathon in October 2011-3:54:21! YAY! Unfortunately through the training, through a hamstring injury my weight has quielty crept up- I am now hovering around 160-164 lbs and I am not happy with this. Goals for 2012: Weight- 145-155 Hopefully back into size 6 body fat- under 20% I am tracking, I have hired a trainer again for this year, and I am ready. I am here as a supporter of anyone who needs it. Its time to fight the fight. Let's do this.

Staying fit Toning up Feleing Good

Sticking to eating right mixed with a daily routine of cardio and strength training.

From Massachusetts I am an avid runner, love working out, and now I am trying to tie healthy eating to the regimented exercise. Result- toned me- and hopefully dropping this final 10 lbs!
