Introduction Text My goals is to change my bad habits and start new healthy habits and successfully change my habits in order to work toward my goal to loose 100 pounds.

To get healthy and loose 100 pounds. Change bad habits and get new healthy habits. Get more active and enjoy life God's way.

I walk everyday for one hour. Go to the gym for 1 hour and do weights, cycling and elliptical trainer. Tracking my food and fitness everyday. Eating more fruit and veg.

My name is Mary. I am married to the love of my life Papo for 29 years. I have 4 grown children and 4 beautiful grandchildren. My younger daughter is 21 years old and in college. I love and enjoy time with the family, nature, travel, the beach, mountains, reading, writing, music, poems, country living and worship God. I want to serve God with everything in my life. Let Him be the beginning and the end of everything that surrounds my life. It's time to clear the stage of my life and worship God in spirit and in truth. It is my prayer to grow every day and achieve the spiritual transformation to be able to worship God in freedom, to delight in Him and all the love He has for me. For ask Him to be my partner on the journey to personal restoration and holistic health. To let Him be Lord of Lord in every area of my life.
