    If you are on Facebook, there are some great groups you can join. You can watch some videos on YouTube. Look up diet doctor, Dr Westman and Dr Hallberg. All great, professional resources.

    Keep protein high enough for your lean muscle mass, which is around 70g for most women. Then eat some fat to keep full and make food taste good. Fat is not a target. Don't force fat or worry too much about it. But stay away from things like fat bombs

    Find a doctor who will support you. Start tracking everything you eat. Keep carbs as low as you can at first but not under 20. I started with 50g/day and now do around 20-30. You might even want do up to 80 if lower is too hard.

    Those are the same reasons I choose to eat low carb! You can resolve all of them if you stick with low carb. The first step is to fully commit. Tell yourself that no food is worth feeling the way you do now. Next, remove grains, potatoes and sugar.
