1.Overcome my food addiction/obsession 2.Exercise every day
3.Lose 20 kgs

Mini Goal #1 : 83 kg reached: 28.2.14

Mini Goal #2 : 80 kg

Mini Goal #3 : 77 kg

Mini Goal #4 : 74 kg

Mini Goal #5 : 71 kg

Mini Goal #6 : 68 kg

Final Goal : 65 kg

My Program:
 1.Calorie/portion control diet
2. Exercise at least 30 min everyday.
3.Don't worry, be happy!


Personal Information:
I'm a 43 yr old mom to three wonderful boys, 22, 18 and 16. Have been a yoyo dieter for ages, trying to switch gears to ME (mindful eating) to get to my weighloss goal.

Other Information:
 I love playing tennis, music and movies.
