Journey to Health
Hj, My name is Sandy aka MamaKitty10. I will be 65 this year. I have always battled with my weight. I'd go on a diet, lose 20 pounds then gain 30 back within 6 mo. I have found that the older you get the harder it is to lose weight., So now I am going to concentrate on getting healthy... eating healthy foods, getting some exercise, drinking more water. Join me on my journey to health.
I am starting over again. Back to the beginning. Back to basics. I need to concentrate ...

I am starting over again. Back to the beginning. Back to basics. I need to concentrate on me for me. So i'm starting my journey to a healthy new ME.
Well I am now 65. I have lost 20 pounds the hard way--exercise and eating a little less. I have a long way to go to lose 100 pounds but I can do it one day at a time. So maybe by my next birthday I will have lost 50 pounds. Time and hard work will tell.

Enter a summary of your goals, or just a few you would like to share.
1. To eat healthy meals and snacks.
2. To get some form of exercise daily.
3. To drink at least 8 glasses of water each day.
My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals.
My plan is to keep my calories under 1500. To eat low carb meals, to exercise 30 min 5 days a week and to strength train 4 days a week.

My reasons for losing weight:
1. To get healthy
2. To be able to play with my future grand child.
3. To buy colorful clothes instead of dark ones.
4. To walk in 5k's for good causes.
