Loose weight, get healthy, be happy and meet new friends!~!

*I know what to eat. *Do I eat the right things all the time?? NO So my plan of action is to count my calories. I plan to have my cake & eat it too, so on those days I need to make sure I can still cram 5 fruit/vegies in and NOT go over the calories.

*I am a christian. Married 32!!! years to my prince charming. *Mother of 5 boys (one in heaven) and two daughter~in~laws. *3 dogs, 3 cats, one guinea piggie. A grandbaby due 10/13 *I am a RN. *I love to quilt!~! * I love crafts, candles, FABRIC, FABRIC and fabric....did I mention fabric?? FABRIC!!! *I went on a fabric diet at the beginning of the year and promptly fell off the wagon.
