Hi I'm 18, live in Texas and I'll be leaving for college soon. I'm trying to get 30 pounds off before I go. My motivation is my boyfriend who is leaving for Boot Camp in June and I would like to be fit when he comes back.

Run a 5k by July
Lose 15lbs by April
Control my eating habits
My lowest weight was 143 in late April 2013 due to a tonsillectomy and lack of eating. I gained it back and now I'm 161 as of 1/2/14
1/2/14 - 161 lbs
1/11/14 - 160 lbs
1/18/14 - 158.2 lbs
1/25/14 - 158.8 lbs
2/1/14 - 157.4 lbs
2/7/14 - 157 lbs
2/14/14 - 157.6 lbs

2/1/14 - 33.0%
My Program:
I'm tracking EVERYTHING I eat since I usually get really discouraged if I get off track.
I'm following the 80%/20% rule, my off days are generally Saturday and either Friday or Sunday--depending on how the week goes).
I will also occasionally use our Treadclimber. I am working to be able to run outside as well.
1/19/14 - Started C25K (Pace is 14'16"/mi)

I'm 18, from Oklahoma currently in Texas, leaving for college later this year and plan on studying Music Education and Music Therapy.
I also have a crazy obsession for Winnie the Pooh.
