Introduction Text When 55 was the speed limit and not my age, I didn't have to worry about my weight !

To be fit for life ! 130 lbs by june 2007 well stuck at 135 in June so lets try for july !

The picture at the top is the most recent pic. Decided it was time to get rid of the pic of me at 180, it was no longer motivational... and maybe with a little more hard work i will look like the 125 pic at the bottom!

I am from Tioga County, NY, although I have lived many, many places including GB.. I have two horses, one dog, and a giving BF who is behind my "program" 110+%

I am determined to loose the current weight, and keep it off for life.... health issues like osteoperosis, demand it. I joined this site to help me monitor my hard work and to learn!
