    Good morning! Thanks for the comment! Not knowing can be terrible. I went the entire month of March without a weigh in to break my scale addiction and I was terrified! But I followed your advice this morning and weighed. Turns out it was ok! I even lost 2 lbs! Thanks for the support and keep on fighting!

    This is a journey worth traveling, and you can do it! Have a clear picture in your mind of what you hope to gain by reaching a healthy weight. Will you be a more energetic, active Mom? Are there some lifestyle events that you will enjoy? Knowing what you want will help make it easier to make the choices to support a healthier lifestyle.     A new week: This week I am sure that I want to continue with my weight loss journey. After being discouraged, and apprehenseive for the past two weeks, I finally saw a video of myself that I really didn't like. Therefore, I am back on the band wagon. I know it will not always be easy, but for now, I'm motivated.

    I appreciate each and every word of encouragement that I have recieved from the SP community. SP teams, and etc. It helps more than you know.

    I've been on SP for a few years now. I actually gained weight at one point. What has changed is how I view myself. My lifestyle/habits are slowly changing too. No matter what you will have really good times and really bad times, the goal is to stick to it, no matter what. You will find so many amazing people on here and make friends that will encourage you and help you through the times you want to give up. Dive in and explore, find what works for you and go for it you have nothing to loose (but weight) and everything to gain from trying over and over again. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I've been here for about a week now, and already I feel apprehensive about losing weight. I don't know if it's my will power, my anxiety of making a change, or if it's just the change itself. I'm motivated in a sense on one hand, and then on the other, I'm nervous.

    Is this normal? emoticon
