My Goals:
I want to lose 50 pounds, feel healthier, have better cardio and muscle tone, get my son more active, and regain my self-confidence and feeling sexy.

My Program:
There is heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure on both sides of my family. I want to lower my cholesterol, reduce my blood sugar levels and my blood pressure.

Personal Information:
I live in north Florida, near the coast. I am trying to save up money for a car and a house. My son is turning the page into the rest of his young adult life. Time for him to soar! I'm writing the chapter for the next stage of my life. I turned 50 in 2018 and am ready to fly!

Other Information:
I enjoy spending time with my family, music, reading, outdoors, children and animal rights, the beach, politics, the environment, and movies.
