    Hey! I don't have any cardio planned for today. I did 60 minutes of cardio Monday and a total of 40 minutes yesterday. I plan to do strength training tonight, if I can squeeze it in between late meetings for work, packing, and going to the grocery store too.

    Brining my good healthy snacks and walking shoes with me this weekend.
