I have had weight problems from my teenage years and I believe it stemed mostly from the emotional turmoils I have had to deal with over the years. All through high school I ate to numb the madness around me, then toward my graduation from college, I met my husband and the excitement gave me the drive for life again... I lost 40 pounds within the space of two and half months just to look good for my wedding. But then the struggle is still on... I eat when I'm upset, or bored and the result?.... I have gone from 160 pounds to 195 pounds within 3 months!!! I realise I 'm doing myself some damage and I need to stop. I want to be healthy, I want to be able to bounce off a wall and still get up and go and most especially, I wanna look good... you know what I mean?

My Goals:
Turning to food in my low moments have done me more harm than good. Surely, there's should be more to life than eating myself to stupor.... so my goal is to adopt a more healthy life-style, loose weight and keep the weight off.

My Program:
Portion control and some cardios does sound longlasting to me, I will also try to count the calories I eat while incorporating exercise in order to make this lifetime change. I will do a one and half hour aerobics twice a week, take a one hour walk 5 days a week and ofcourse control my portions.

Personal Information:
I am from Africa but emigrated to USA in december 2006 after I got married.

Other Information:
Discipline, restraints and uncomfortable zones always have a wonderful pay package!!!!
