I have been reading 100 Days to Weight Loss by Linda Spangle. It is a daily motivator book, and I am really getting alot out of it . I highly reccomend it to anyone! It encourages journalling and focusing on your strengths. Also you work at strengthening the positive attributes that are in you or have been laying dormant in you.. time to pick up my sparkle! 357 days ago

Have been having a lot of fluctuations in my weight.. this has been very frustrating for me. Have noticed a trend in intake of salt and going up a lot in weight. Going to be watching my salt intake from now on. :) 429 days ago

Well everyone, I haven't seen much weight loss on the scale, only 4 solid pounds in 24 days, but am having lots of NSV over old habits. Been reading articles and the community feed for ideas on how to curb feeling snacky at night. I am getting the hang of things so I am feeling more in control of myself food wise.
