Introduction Text This is as creative as i get. Once i learn some new tricks i may spark it up a bit more. hehe recap...My husband and myself started in sept. 07. I lost about 15lbs then got a stress fracture in my foot and couldnt work out. (excuses excuses) Well my husband saw me go off so he went off. It took us a while and alot of healing time but we restarted back up feb 5th. 08! I love this website and try to sspread as much spark as I can. 6/23/08 foot is healthy time to restart the lifestyle for the last time. Lets hope goal is reached by 6/09.

to lose 2llbs a week eat well live well fitness ends in results PANTS GOALS september goal black jeans size 22 as of 9/28/08 they just button October goal faded jeans size 20 as of 8/09 they fit very faded jeans size 20 finally buttoned on 10/09 Have to find my size 18 pants no goal date set

i am walking 20 minutes a day m-f and trying to make it to the gym 3x a week for strength training and cardio

my pictures: 1st is of my "4" puppies. nick is 1 in that picture. the shepard is 6 weighs 117, tho other 2 are brothers and they are 3. the labish looker weighs 105 and the rotti looker is about 85-90 . 2nd is one of nicks paintings. sooo cute 3rd one was in the summer of 07. he was coloring, got so tired he crawled up onto the ottoman with orange crayon in hand and fell right to sleep.

Me and my husband are doing this together for ourselves but especially for our son. We are late in life parents. It took us forever to get prego. we needed alot of help. we need to lose about 110lbs each. WE started in sept. but I got hurt and lost all interest in dieting and as always my husband followed me into the abyss. We finallly crawled out Feburay 5th. 2008. WE hope to reach goal by march 2009.
