Introduction Text 2020: Back up my highest weight again: I want back to the healthy size I got down to in my pictures. I just need to maintain motivation and not give up. I was so happy and healthy and energetic then. 2020 is the time to get everything together.

1. Get at / stay at a healthy weight. 2. Get plenty of sleep at night. 3. Exercise, at least some. 4. Save money. 5. Cook more instead of eating out so much. 6. Pray every day for someone & thank God for what he has given us. 7. Spend, a minimum 15 minutes, every day doing some kind of housework.

1. Toggle between the Spark recommended caloric & fat gram ranges. I use digital scales for this for every meal. 2. Drink 8 8 ounce glasses of water per day. Eliminate soda pops. 3. Add a splurge day once a week only after half of goal weight is achieved.

Work at a call center, but my passion is to grow my wine business (boutique wines from around the world delivered to your door) and eventually be like my mentors who do only this and make more than I dream of. Enjoy patio gardening, cooking and fine wines.
