Hi, I'm Fox! I am a 30something dog lover in Pittsburgh, PA. I am proud to be a member of the Purple Phoenix team for the Biggest Loser ABSolutely Awesome Autumn Challenge!

I am a distance runner. It took a long time to get there, but now it's something I love. I am also now a trail runner, which I can't believe I didn't come to sooner! It's so me!!

I also like lifting heavy, going to spin class at Cyclebar North Hills, and doing workout tapes (especially Richard Simmons) at home. I work out every day, even if it's just a quick one to keep going.

I love to write, dance, and am also a die-hard Erin Condren Planner girl (and I have a bullet journal and Powersheets, which I adore as well). I play World of Warcraft (my main is a balance/resto Night Elf Druid), although I don't have nearly as much time for it as I wish I did! I have an adorable little black pit bull named Layla Grace.

I am *also* a huge foodie. That's part of the problem lol. But I am trying to work on eating healthy for most of my life, so that I can really enjoy those delicious dinners out.

Fitness Minutes: 167,496

My Goals:
Goal weight is about 160lbs.
I want to run a sub-2-hour half marathon someday (but that's a 'someday in the distance' goal).
I am ran my first full marathon in April, 2019, and am looking forward to a fall marathon in November & a 50k Ultra in December.

My Program:
Food: Meal plan in my Carrie Elle Meal Planner. Trying to avoid processed foods as much as possible. Cook at home a lot, eat fresh & local stuff. Purchase all meat from places with concern for animal welfare. NO GRAZING (I really suck at this part haha). I'm currently on a meal plan of 2000 calories on non-long-run days and 2400 calories on long run days, 100-125g protein, and 250ish carbs.

Exercise: strength training 2 times a week, cardio every day for 20+ minutes.

Personal Information:
I used to be a dancer. My brain still thinks my stomach is in a dancer's body (it's not). I still love dancing. I am a retired karaoke star.

Other Information:
I'm a total gym rat. I love working out, and I'll try pretty much any exercise (although I get a little skeptical about some of the hyped-up stuff).
