    I love the Chocolate Shakeology!! My girlfriend is a Beachbody Coach and a distributor. She gave me a sample of the Chocolate and I loved it!! It is expensive, but I am a Starbucks Girl and if I can spend 5 sometimes 10 dollars a day on MOCHA's emoticon which aren't good for me...I can spend $4 dollars a day on something that gives me energy and tastes great!

    I've mixed it with grape juice; almond milk & blueberries and coffee of course! All three have been winners!!

    The Challenge is to lose 12 lbs in 6 weeks ...that is 2 lbs a week.
    (If you lose more...WONDERFUL). emoticon This is a short one. It should help keep us focused to start the new year out right and get you into a regular routine. The goal...a healthier lifestyle...resulting in a healthier YOU!!!


    emoticon We will post daily to inspire one another. If you completed your workout the night before and your water intake..place a emoticon behind (or in front of) ALL of your accomplishments...so if you worked out the night before...that was a goal...you did the work out so your gol was met for that day..etc.. Positive reinforcement is the key to success!!!

    emoticon Post our water intake. (shoot for 8 glasses daily)

    emoticon Post our Weight lost.

    emoticon Workout for 30 minutes 3 times a week. Some of you have been working out longer than that already so you can make the changes to your routine to get the results that you desire. If this is the case tack on 15 to 20 minutes to your existing work out!!!

    emoticon Three meals and 2 snacks daily!!

    emoticon Post your starting weight and your goal weight.

    The rules for the challenges never really change. BECAUSE they work!!!! However to spice things up a bit for this "Undie Construction" the black dress symbolizes UNDERWEAR!!!

    That's right you need to reward yourself with a pair of sexy panties....EVERY Queen should have a pair.....You can buy a decent pair for 5.00 at walmart baby....YOU deserve it....

    Everyone needs a reward...

    So you meet your goal each week YOU set aside 1.00 for every pound loss. At the end of this challenge YOU should have at least 6.00 or 12.00.

    Promise me you will "DO THE DANG THANG!!!!" Just in time for Valentines Day to!!!

    Don't have a valentine...so what...kiss yourself in the mirror....Cause YOUR WORTH IT!!!

    Think outside the box Queens....go where you would never go....Let's do this together!!
