    Thanks for stopping by my page. I've added you as a friend and hope to get to know you better. I'm just waiting for my Spark book to come in the mail so I can start reading the finer points of the spark diet. I'm looking into getting some more protein into my body on a daily basis and finding different ways to do that. There is a whole new world out there for me to learn and it is exciting.
