My Goals:
Lose 30 pounds and have a healthier body, mind and spirit.

My Program:
 1) Drink 8 cups of water per day.

2) Lose at least 3 lbs. a month.

3) Work out 30 minutes a day.

4) Walk over 10,000 steps a day.

4) Track my nutrition daily.


Personal Information:
My name is Linda and I live in Northern Virginia. My hobby is decorative painting when I have the time. I am a wife, mother and grandmother. It's now time for me!
